What do your services include? Our mobile bartending service typically includes the bartenders, all necessary equipment (like shakers, glassware, and mixers), setup, and cleanup. If you want to include alcohol, mixers, or specialty items, those can be discussed as add-ons.
How far in advance should I book your services? It’s best to book at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for peak seasons. However, we may have availability for last-minute bookings depending on our schedule.
Do you provide the alcohol and drinks, or do I need to supply them? We offer two options: we can provide the alcohol, mixers, and supplies based on your event needs, or you can supply them yourself. We’ll work with you to create a shopping list or a custom menu. In addition,If you're serving alcohol, you may need a special event liquor license, depending on your location and the type of event. We can advise you on the necessary permits and help ensure compliance with local regulations.
Can I customize a drink menu for my event? Absolutely! We can work with you to create a personalized drink menu that suits your theme or preferences. We offer everything from classic cocktails to signature drinks tailored for your event.
What do I need to provide for your bartenders? You’ll need to provide a space for the bar setup and access to electricity or water if required for the equipment. We also recommend providing seating for the bartenders, if possible.
